Houston has been in the residential construction business for over 12 years. He got his start working for Master's Builders in Florence, South Carolina, where he developed the knowledge and skill to later start his own company along with his brother, Austin Lee. Houston received a Bachelors of Science from the College of Charleston in Business Administration.

He developed a passion for building at a young age and worked alongside his father at Master's Builders for many years before joining his brother in their own business.
